1.選擇產品
只需單擊相關類別即可獲得完整的產品列表，或使用我們的搜索引擎查找所需的產品。
當您決定購買產品時，只需單擊每個產品頁面上的“添加到購物車”按鈕，即可將顯示的產品放入購物車中。如果您想在結帳前查看訂單或對訂單進行更改，請單擊“查看購物車”。

以下功能使您可以更改購物車中放置的產品和數量：
首先在“數量”中輸入新數量，然後單擊“重新計算”按鈕。單擊購物車中列出的每種產品左側的“複選框”，如果要從購物車中刪除產品，請按“重新計算”。查看購物車中顯示的產品和數量後，您可以單擊“結帳”。

2.結帳
現在，您可以查看總金額加上運費。然後，您需要填寫您的送貨地址信息，然後按“下訂單”。
如果您已經使用AA Collection Club帳戶登錄，則送貨地址將自動為您填寫。
接下來，將顯示訂單摘要。現在，您可以按“處理信用卡付款”進行確認。

3.處理信用卡付款
付款由中國信託銀行安全處理。系統將要求您提供您要使用的信用卡號和信用卡的到期日期。 Visa卡,Maste卡r,Jcb卡均可使用。所有價格和交易均以台幣顯示。
將顯示付款摘要以及您的付款信息和付款參考號。您可以將其列印出來以備將來參考。

1. Selecting a product

Simply click on the relevant category for full list of products or using our search engine to find out your desired products.
When you decide to buy a product, simply click the "add to cart" button located on each product page to place the displayed product in your shopping cart. If you want to review or make changes to your order before checking out, click "View Cart".

The functions below allow you to change the products and quantities placed in the shopping cart:
Enter the new quantity first in the "Quantity", then click the "Recalculate" button. Click the "check box" on the left-hand side of each product listed in the shopping cart and press "recalculate" if you want to remove the product from the shopping cart. Upon reviewing the products and quantities shown in the shopping cart, you can then click "Checkout".


2. Check Out

You can now view the total amount with the shipping costs added. You then need to fill in your shipping address information and press "place order".
If you have already logged in using your AA Collection Club account, the shipping address will be filled in automatically for you.
Next you will be shown with a summary of the order. Now you can press "process credit card payment" to confirm it.


3. Process credit card payment

Payment is handled securely by CTBC Bank. You will be asked for the credit card number and the expiry date of the card you want to pay with. Both Visa and Master and JCB Cards are accepted. All prices and transactions are shown in NT$ dollars.
A payment summary will be displayed with your payment information and a payment reference number. You can print this out for future reference.

訂單成立後，工作日會盡快發貨，遇假日順延。
After placing orders, goods will normally be despatched as soon as possible.

有時對特定產品的需求將超過我們現有的數量，物品將被延遲訂購，其餘訂單將被運送。

如果您不想等待物品，可透過電子郵件發送取消訂單的選項。延期交貨項目的預計約為4至5週。運送前將會告知您，運送延期交貨的項目再次收取最低運輸費用。

There are times when demand for particular products will exceed our quantity on hand. Any items that are unavailable, will be placed on back order, and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your back order if you don't want to wait for the item. The estimated shipping time of the back order items is about 4 to 5 weeks. You will also be informed that you will be charged the min.shipping cost again for shipping the back order item(s).

This is an order placed for an item that has not yet been released. We allow you to order in advance on the understanding that we shall ship the item when it is released.
Pre-orders may be placed for newly announced products. These will generally arrive at the AUTOart dispatch/fulfillment centers within weeks of the release announcement. This allows AUTOart to provide you with the opportunity to purchase today's hottest product with one easy visit to the site. Pre-ordered products typically ship within 2-4 weeks, although the waiting time may be longer in some cases.

All pre-orders require full payment upon order placement, including the related shipping charges.

All orders - including pre-orders - paid are PRE-PAID i.e. the funds are deducted from your account immediately your order has been approved.


Quantities are limited so all pre-orders will be shipped on a first come first served basis.

線上購物的消費者，都可以依照消費者保護法的規定，享有商品貨到次日起七天猶豫期的權益。但猶豫期並非試用期，請留意，您所退回的商品必須回復原狀（須回復至商品到貨時的原始狀態）並且保持完整包裝（包括商品本體、配件、贈品、保證書、原廠包裝及所有附隨文件或資料的完整性），切勿缺漏任何配件或損毀原廠外盒。
如果您所購買的商品是屬於易於客製化商品、雜誌，依據消費者保護法之規定，於收受商品後將無法享有七天猶豫期之權益且不得辦理退貨。

若您需辦理退貨，請Ｅ-mail來信告知,檢視完畢後將以E-mail回覆通知您，並將委託本公司指定之宅配公司，在5個工作天內透過電話與您連絡前往取回退貨商品。請您保持電話暢通，並備妥原商品及所有包裝及附件，以便於交付予本公司指定之宅配公司取回（宅配公司僅負責收件，退貨商品仍由特約廠商進行驗收），宅配公司取件後會提供簽收單據給您，請注意留存。
退回商品時，請以本公司或特約廠商寄送商品給您時所使用的外包裝（紙箱或包裝袋），原封包裝後交付給前來取件的宅配公司；如果本公司或特約廠商寄送商品給您時所使用的外包裝（紙箱或包裝袋）已經遺失，請您在商品原廠外盒之外，再以其他適當的包裝盒進行包裝，切勿任由宅配單直接粘貼在商品原廠外盒上或書寫文字。
提醒您，原廠外盒及原廠包裝都屬於商品的一部分，若有遺失、毀損或缺件，可能影響您退貨的權益，也可能依照損毀程度扣除為回復原狀所必要的費用。
若因您要求退貨或換貨、或因本公司無法接受您全部或部分之訂單、或因契約解除或失其效力，而需為您辦理退款事宜時，您同意本公司得代您處理發票或折讓單等相關法令所要求之單據，以利本公司為您辦理退款。
本公司收到您所提出的申請後，若經確認無誤，將依消費者保護法之相關規定，返還您已支付之對價（含信用卡交易），退款時間係配合信用卡銀行退款作業流程，本公司恕無法指定日期退款。


Please inspect your goods immediately upon receipt. If you find that an item is defective, please report this to us by e-mail to sales@gatewayglobal.com.tw within 7 days of receipt, describing in full the nature of the fault. Please attach digital photos of the defect and retain the original invoice. We shall then contact you with further instructions for the return of the item and the possible replacement or refund. You will not be charged for return or replacement shipping.
